Returns: We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@happisoul.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@happisouls.net within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
